5K Your Way for Courage Center.

How do we do a 5K? We stroll..meaning we make mom push 100+ pounds for 3.1 miles. The end point this year was Target Field!
We ate ice cream (thanks Dairy Queen!)

Eli even danced with ice cream!
and of course since we were at Target Field, we met a MN Twin. Here is Morgan and Eli with Michael Cuddyer. Addison was too scared of the ice cream and Cuddyer for a picture.

We went for the 3 year check on Friday and here are the results.

Addison
Birth Weight-4 pounds 2oz
Doesn't she look like a little baby monkey?

3 year weight- 31 pounds 3.2oz, 56%
3 year Height- 37 1/2 inches, 54% (grew 3 1/4 inches in a year)

All I can say about Addison is once a princess, always a princess!

Morgan
Birth Weight- 4 pounds 8.5 oz
So dainty and quiet when she was in the hospital.

3 year weight- 30 pounds 6 oz, 47%
3 year Height- 38 1/4 inches, 72% (grew 2 1/2 inches in a year)

Now she is definitely louder and the most active one of the bunch.

Eli
Birth Weight- 4 pounds 10 oz
This is one of my favorite pics from Eli's time in the hospital. He made the funniest faces and was seriously the hariest and goofiest looking baby I have ever seen! He looked like a little old man.

3 year Weight- 32 pounds 3.2 oz, 56%
3 year Height- 38 inches, 56% (grew 3 inches in a year)

Yes his shirt is tucked into his pull up and that is why I took this picture! Still hairy, but now he is handsome not goofy looking:)

Joys of Summer

It's that time of year...

The Courage Center 5K Your Way is coming up at the end of July. Courage Center is a WONDERFUL organization that enriches the lives of people with disabilities with their programs and services. We rely heavily on donations and the 5K Your Way is one of our fundraisers. I might be a little biased since I work there. I can truly say Courage Center cares about their clients, employees and the community and I am so proud to work there. Please consider a donation so I can keep my job ;) and we can continue the great work we do. If you want to join me for the 5K sign up. Me and the kids will be strolling and the finish line is the Twins stadium this year. It should be a lot of fun!

The Birthday Extravaganza!!

It's official we are THREE and boy did we celebrate. On our birthday, July 8, we went to this HUGE mall with all these rides. We got to go on them for FREE. It was awesome and our first time on rides. Morgan says to skips Swiper's Sweeper, Addison does not recommended Diego's Rescue Bus or Dora's Ferris Wheel, and I say do it all!

This is Thomas...we could ride this one alone. We are REALLY big kids!

We all loved the Carousel and went on it 5 times.

This is our friend Sienna, she has 1 year triplet brother and sisters. Her and Morgan were a little worried on the Ferris Wheel so they held hands.

The brave kids who went on the Ferris Wheel. Addison decided to stay on the ground with Sienna's mommy, brother, and sisters.

We met up with some of our other friends for lunch.

This is the ultimate photo op. 4 sets of triplets and Sienna...what a crew! Don't forget ONLY 4 mommies for ALL these kids!

After lunch we went on more rides, ate some FREE ice cream, and then went to Underwater World for FREE!! Boy turning 3 is sure fun!

The new Jellyfish exhibit was really pretty!

So we had so much fun on our birthday, but the celebrating was not done yet. Today we had a party at our house with all our friends and family. Mommy made us 2 cakes!

We had a great time turning 3. Thanks to everyone who made it so special for us. Only 363 days until we turn 4. What kind of cake will we make mom do next year? Hmmmm.....

3rd of July Party

Since Dad works all day on the 4th we had a party today at Grandma Kathy's house.

We ate sweet corn

Drank beer (root beer that is!)

Played crochet (kind of)
