My little elves.

Tonight at the Hanlin Christmas the kids got Santa hats and LOVED them.

Alaina (cousin), Eli, and Morgan

Eli, Morgan, and Addison

Soren (cousin), Eli, Morgan, Addison, Alaina, and Dominic (cousin)

Addison is still my little ham, despite her dead, grey front tooth.
And 2 of my little elves are so dedicated they slept with their hats on, just in case Santa needs them in the night

Eli

Morgan

So far this Christmas has been my favorite with the kids. They finally get it and it is so much fun to watch. I can't wait for tomorrow morning!! Morgan keeps saying she wants Santa to bring her a snack. Let hope her standards are this low every year:)

Snow day!

It was a snow day at our house. Mom didn't work because it snowed, Dad did work because it snowed and we got to play in the snow!

Merry Christmas everyone. We sure hope Santa doesn't get bogged down in all this snow. Mom says we've been good this year so we think there are lots of presents on the way:)

NO TEARS!

We went and saw santa today and you know what? That guy is not near as scary as we thought he was.

Here's Morgan before we saw Santa, not too sure what she thinks.

Us petting Santa's puppies.
Us chatting it up with Santa. Lots of high fives, but NO TEARS!

We LOVE Santa!
Thanks Santa for being so nice to us and we REALLY hope you bring us Dora stuff like we asked.

Mommy note: I HIGHLY recommend the Santa Experience at MOA-by Bloomingdales and Bubba Gump Shrimp on the 3rd floor. You make an appointment online, show up, get about 5 minutes with Santa, and can take your own pictures (you are required to buy 1 picture if you take your own so I got the $15 5x7) . Well worth the $15 to not wait in line for an hour and have a picture where my kids don't look horrified!

Christmas is FINALLY here!

For the first time since we were born there is a TREE with lights in our house. Mom says it is for Christmas. We don't care what it is for, but it sure is pretty!

Then there are big socks hanging on our wall. Mom says Santa is going to come put presents in them if we are good. Question...why is that scary guy in a red suit going to come put presents in our socks?

Dad, Mom, Addison, Eli, Morgan, Sydney, and Shelby's big socks.
Let's hope no more dogs or humans join us at this house. There's no room to hang their big socks!

Seems like each holiday we learn some more crazy things that our parents do, but we won't complain since presents are involved. Happy Holidays!

To trust or not to trust?

Alison again. We spent some time coloring before supper tonight. When I turned around I saw marker and stamps all over faces and chairs. They all know they are not supposed to do this so I thought it would be interesting to ask them these questions:

Morgan did you color on your chair?
Morgan did you color on your face?
Eli did you put the stamp all over your hand?
Addison did you roll your stamper on your face?
Thankfully they all answered truthfully by saying, "Yes." So for now I guess I can trust them.

A guys gotta have shoes!

Oh Eli, how I love that you like to wear my shoes! But I hope you outgrow this habit some day!

We're getting so BIG!

It's Morgan and I writing to tell you a few reasons I think we are getting so BIG!

1. We can party it up at Buffalo Wild Wings with Uncle Nate and Dominic (99 cent kids meals on Wednesdays!).

2. We almost don't fit on dad's back anymore and he says we're "too heavy."
3. We brush our own teeth.

4. Me and Eli and can get completely undressed by ourselves. Addison probably could, but she's a princess and prefers mom and dad help her. Plus, I don't think she knows how to get her arms out of her sleeves. I'm SO much smarter! Me and Eli are both smart enough to know NOT to touch our diapers, only mom and dad take those off!
We also talk a lot. Mom is so surprised when we say 3 or 4 words together. It's so much fun being BIG!

GINA!!!

Wondering what the heck the title of this post means? Gina is one of the workers at the child care center at Lifetime Fitness. The kids LOVE her, especially Addison. When we walk in and Gina is there she starts yelling her name and insists on giving her hugs and blowing kisses. If I say we are going to the gym Addison begins to say "GINA!!" right away (thankfully I have not had to be around when Gina is not working, but I am sure Addison will be crushed). Today I was not really motivated to go to the gym, but Addison kept insisting we do so (I am sure it was so she could see Gina). So thank you Gina, with your help I will lose this weight!! And now some pics from Thanksgiving. Addison is the only one who would hold still.

Morgan and Eli playing.

Hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving.

Sorry we have not posted lately. We were sick, then mom got sick. We are all finally feeling better. Today since we were all feeling better we went to 2 of our favorite places:

The park-

and the Children's Museum-

Mom note-they were in the exihibt where you can see yourself on the TV. They all noticed one another, but not one of them noticed that they were on TV themselves. A cute, sad, triplet thing I guess.
Hoping for more healthy days ahead.

Good morning mom!

How could the day be bad when these cute, pantless kids are what greets you? Thankfully it was JUST the pants that were off and not the diapers!
