Buckets are GREAT!

Hello everyone it's Morgan. I wanted to take a minute to tell you what our favorite "toy" has been for the last 2 months. BUCKETS! They are so great! You can sit in them, put toys in them, push them around, sit on them, flip them over and use them to climb on stuff, play peek a boo with them. My mom likes them because it keeps our toys organized, but that is the boring use! Don't worry we still use the toys we got for our birthday but once we throw all those down the stairs or lose them under the couch we play with buckets. Here's some pictures of us and our awesome buckets. Enjoy!

Me in a bin-it was a tight squeeze!

Addison on a bucket:

Eli and me on a clothes basket (just like a bucket to us!)

This one is not of us and a bucket, but my mom thinks we look like such big kids in this picture. I climbed on top of the table later, see even the table is like a bucket!

Addison copying me!

I hope you have enjoyed seeing how great buckets are. Do they make them big enough for people like you? They should, you could play with it for hours!

We're not alone!

Hello it's Addison. I knew that we had 6 other friends that are triplets, but today we meant 2 more sets of triplets!! I didn't know there were so many of us. Here's a picture of all of us at the Walker Art Museum Sculpture Garden. Can you tell which ones we are??

If you guessed 4th ones in from the left you were right! Here's a picture of me, Eli, and Morgan. I guess I'm the only one who likes the camera.
The garden was really fun and there was this place with these big bushes so all the moms let their kids out of their strollers so we could play and eat. I did more eating than playing. There was also this guy who worked at Mayo who took a bunch of pictures of all of us. He says he wants to show them to doctors like the one that helped my mom get pregnant.

Yesterday we got to go to a park too with mom and dad. Eli liked the swing, I don't! Here's some pictures from the park yesterday.

Whew, we have had a busy couple days. This weekend will be busy too because Grandma Barb, Grandpa Bubba, Aunt Stacy, and cousin Ethan are coming to visit. I hope we go out to eat so I can get a balloon! Good bye for now.

A fun day!

Hello. It's Addison. Today we got the spend most of the day with mom, she usually works this day but some reason she was home. We went to the doctor with her, it was great we didn't get poked, she did!! Then we had to go buy my sister some new shoes because she looked silly in her tennis shoes with her leggings. Then we went to mom's work. I am not sure why mom complains about work. That place was full of toys. There was this big pit with pillows that we got to crawl around in. Eli went on the swing, I didn't think this was safe so I cried for him. Eli also played in the toilet and got in big trouble. Now I know to never do that! We did not get home until 1:00. That is WAY after our nap time. Morgan didn't want to nap once we got home, but mom let her know it was time for a nap. I think mom might have needed a break too. I just wanted to tell you about our fun day. I am so happy we are older and can go out and do more fun stuff now! Good night:)

FINALLY...

It's Morgan I snuck out of my crib to post some pictures of me and brother and sister. We look way different that we did in March! Don't worry I won't be too crabby tomorrow, I do the best on the least amount of sleep.

Here's Addison. She's a pretty good big sister.
Here's Eli. I guess if I have to have a brother he's OK.

And then there's me. Being the baby of the family has been fun so far.

Here's a picture of all of us and some video. We love to play with each other. Being a triplet is great, when you're born you already have 2 playmates!

Who knew an EMPTY pool could be so fun!

Good night. Hope you enjoyed the pictures and video of us!

Our Life

Hi everyone it's Eli. Me and my sisters were talking and it seems likes everyone is so interested on what we do all day long so here is our schedule. Mom and dad make us stick to it even when we don't want to. THEY ARE NO FUN!

6:45-7:30AM-I like to wake up early so then I wake up my sisters too. We sit and talk and yell to try and wake up mom and dad.

7:30AM-We FINALLY get to get out of our cribs and get our diapers changed. If mom's home she makes us wear shirts and pants. If dad is home we get to stay in our PJs or just wear onesies. Pants are fun, but sometimes they are just too long and I trip over them. My sisters pants are sometimes too big in the waist and they just take them off!

8:00AM-Breakfast! We love to eat! We also get to brush our teeth after we eat. We don't really like letting mom and dad brush them, we just like to chew on the brush.

8:00-9:30AM-Playtime. We like to play upstairs and open and shut doors. Dad put a hook on our door so we can't shut it anymore. Me and Morgan like to throw toys down the stairs at the dogs. We also like to sit on our push toys. Addison really likes it when I push her around!

9:30A-SNACK-like I said we love to eat!

10:00-11:30A-More playing. By this time we are getting bored and tired so sometimes we take all the clothes out of the laundry basket or put toys in our diaper pail. Whatever irritates mom and dad the most is what we do:)

11:30-Lunch. Yay more food! Sometimes if I don't feel like eating I put my food down by my legs in my chair or I just throw it on the floor. Banging my cup on my tray and tipping it upside down is the most fun when I don't feel like eating!

12:00-2:30P-Nap. HA, HA like we sleep for that long. After 1 1/2 to 2 hours I am sick of sleeping so I try to wake everyone up. Mom and dad pull my crib away from the window so I can't open the blinds. Mom and Dad are so tough on us, they MAKE us stay in there until 2:30 even if we are awake.

2:30P-Snack. Did I mention how much we like to eat??

3:00-5:00P-More play time. Sometimes we get to go downstairs and play in our ball pit. I also really like to push the buttons on the TV, but that makes Dad very mad. If moms home we like to go to the Children's museum, go to Target, or take a walk to Caribou. When we go there we get snacks!

5:00P-Supper. I get really crabby around 4:30 and just can't wait to eat.

5:30-6:30P-Play and get ready for bed. Sometimes we take a bath. We love to take baths. We always know we are getting a bath if mom strips us to our diaper before we eat. Then after we are done eating we all go sprinting for the bathroom.

6:30P-Bed Time. We get our nuks and Luvies and are all set. It's been a long day for us and for mom and dad. Sometimes we talk a little before bed, but since we went to one nap we don't complain much once it is time to go to bed.

So that is a day for us. If you ever want to come and visit feel free, I am sure mom and dad would love a break:) AND when other people are over we get to get up from naps early so PLEASE come visit!!!

It's been a while!

This was the last post on our old site: March 04, 2008 -I know, I know. I keep saying I am going to try to make the updates more frequent. Unfortunately finding a solid hour to spend getting the pictures resized, uploaded and subtitled is hard to do. But here we go. This coming Saturday the kids will be 8 months old. It doesn't really seem like that long. Both Eli and Addison have become pros at sitting up. Morgan can, but she is far more interested in being on her belly and scooting around. She is only days away from full on crawling. Morgan also loves her new walker thing that she roams around the upstairs ransacking anything she can get her hands on and terrorizing Shelby. We have a feeling Morgan is going to be quite the handful as she becomes more mobile. They are all still sleeping from 6:30 or 7:00 in the evening until 6:00 am when they get their morning bottle. Then they are back to bed again until 8:00am, however Morgan has determined that it is her role to make as much noise as possible to keep everyone else awake. This tactic is proving to be successful and I have a feeling that they are going to be up for good after the 6:00am feeding before long. They all love their solid foods and Alison is continuing to make them all in house. So far they have been getting pears, mango, sweet potatoes, avocados, asparagus, peas, carrots and squash. Most of that crap I won't even eat. The last weigh in we had was a week or two ago when they had their RSV shots. I can't find the exact weights, but they were all continuing to grow very well. Eli is already in 12 month clothing and the girls are starting to max out their 9 month clothes, so I would say they are catching up quite well. There have been a few other milestones since the last update. They have all gotten their first few teeth. They each have the two middle bottom teeth coming in and Morgan has added one on the top as well. We call her the snaggle tooth as she looks quite goofy when she smiles. They all were a bit grumpy when they started teething, but Eli had the toughest time by far. He made sure to let everyone else feel the pain he was going through. Nothing a little baby oragel couldn't handle though. They are also all extremely talkative. Eli likes to sit and yell at the top of his lungs which is very pleasant. The girls are just as chatty but keep to their inside voices for the most part. Alison and I are really looking forward to the quickly approaching spring time when it will be easier to get out of the house and get the kids a change of scenery from time to time. This month should be the last for their RSV shots and that issue should pass. I'm sure none of them will be too upset about discontinuing the painful injections in each of their thighs.

This is Addison, me and my brother and sister have decided to take over this blogging thing since my parents don't have time! A LOT HAS CHANGED SINCE March!!

Here's our Top 5 Changes since March 2008

1. We all walk. Eli and Morgan are even like to play a game of tag with Dad, I'm not fast enough for that yet!

2. We are way past our first teeth. I have 12 teeth, Eli and Morgan have 8 each.
3. No more bottles! Around 11 months we decided we didn't like formula anymore. We now use straws and drink whole milk.

4. We don't eat purees anymore. We eat finger foods and try to use spoons now. Favorite foods are any fruits and pancakes Dad makes for us in the morning.

5. No more nanny! That girl with blonde hair stopped coming and now Dad takes care of use while mom is at work. I think we drive him a little crazy some days.

Now we will all take a turn to tell a little about ourselves.

I will go first since I am the oldest!
I LOVE to be cuddled and sit on people's laps. Mom says I don't need to be held all the time, but I like to be away from my brother and sister. They can be so crazy sometimes. I also love to talk. I don't think mom and dad understand what I am saying, but I just keep talking. Maybe they will get it someday! I haven't been walking for that long so I still get a little nervous and sad when I fall down, but I like to show off my new skill and love when people clap for me. I am trying to figure out how to throw tantrums, but no matter what I do mom and dad don't pay attention to me when I am trying to tantrum.

My Turn! This is Eli. I am the best walker of the 3! I have also figured out how to beat up my sisters! I pull on their shirts, push them over, and pull out their hair (sorry about that Morgan). I am not trying to be mean, but it is just so much fun. Sometimes they do wrestle with me, but they always end up crying. I think it is because I am so much bigger than they are. The other day I heard my mom say I wear 24 month clothes, I am only 14 months!

Now me! Hi everyone it's Morgan! I know I have reputation for being kind of crazy and I am going to keep that reputation up! I love to run around the house screaming just for fun, Dad gets mad, but I don't really care. I also like to play with my dogs, even though it is usually through the rails in the stairs since they are never upstairs with us. That gray dog gets so nervous whenever we are around.
I got in trouble a couple weeks ago. I bit my brother and sister 2 times each and they cried really loud. I always bite on toys and it's no big deal, I guess they are just wimps!

It is way past our bed time (6:30PM is when we usually go to bed) and since we wake up at 7:30 regardless of what time we go to bed we better get going! We are still trying to figure out how to post pictures. We are only 14 months old, give us a little time! Hopefully we will be able to do a better job with this whole blog thing than our parents. Have a good night!
